Authorizing final payment and accepting work for
South Oak Water Quality Improvement Project
City Project No. 4024-4000
Contract No. 39-25
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated February 18, 2025, New Look
Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the South Oak Pond Water Quality
Improvement project, as per Contract No. 39-25.
2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost
is $733,908.85.
4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $11,008.63 on this
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
