Resolution No. 26-105
Approving acceptance of a donation on behalf of Paige Bueckers and Gatorade
Fuel Tomorrow, in partnership with Good Sports, to the city for renovation of
the basketball court in Blackstone Park
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota as follows:
Whereas, the City of St. Louis Park is required by state statute to authorize acceptance
of any donations; and
Whereas, the city council must also ratify any restrictions placed on the donation by the
donor; and
Whereas, the donation on behalf of Paige Bueckers and Gatorade Fuel Tomorrow, in
partnership with Good Sports, is given to the city for renovation of the basketball court in
Blackstone Park, an approximate value of $45,000.
Now therefore be it resolved, by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park that the
gifts are hereby accepted with thanks and appreciation.
