Resolution No. 26-047
Approving issuance of a premises permit for lawful gambling
to be conducted by Heroes Helping Heroes at Park Tavern Lounge & Lanes, 3401
Louisiana Avenue South
Whereas, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 349 and St. Louis Park City Code chapter 15 provide
for lawful gambling licensing by the State Gambling Control Board; and
Whereas, a licensed organization may not conduct lawful gambling at any site unless it
has first obtained from the State Gambling Control Board a premise permit for the site; and
Whereas, the board may not issue a premises permit unless the organization submits a
resolution from the city council approving the premises permit; therefore,
Now therefore be it resolved by the St. Louis Park City Council that Heroes Helping
Heroes meet the criteria necessary to receive a premises permit for 3401 Louisiana Avenue
South, and the application is hereby approved.
