Resolution No. 26-043
Authorizing bank signatories
Whereas, the City of St. Louis Park has multiple accounts at US Bank for the city’s business
needs; and
Whereas, it is necessary to update the current bank signatories,
Now therefore be it resolved by the St. Louis Park City Council that approval is hereby
given to authorize the following bank signatories on the US Bank accounts.
City vendor and payroll checking accounts
Kimberly Keller, city manager Check signer
Melissa Kennedy, city clerk Check signer
Joe Olson, deputy finance director Primary authority
Gavin Shubert, senior accountant Secondary authority
Premier money market account
