1. Call to order – Welcome guests

2. Roll call
a. Present - Chair Gamradt. Commissioners, Wolkenbrod, Rydberg, Slais,
Stockton, Dixon, Noble, Holmes, Eugene, and Lt. Weigel.
3. Approval of agenda - Moved and approved
4. Approval of November 2025 minutes - Moved and approved
5. Officer elections
a. Chair Gamradt, Vice Chair Eugene and Secretary Stockton were nominated
and re-elected to officer positions for 2026
6. Updates – Community Conversations with the PAC workplan
a. The first CC will take place on Dec. 18th @ 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers
7. Updates - Survey workplan
a. The final presentation of the Humphrey School survey project will be on
Friday, December 5th
8. Other workplan updates
9. 2026 Workplan development
a. Most existing workplan items will remain for 2026 EXCEPT for Vision 4.0
10. 2026 Meeting calendar
a. Existing schedule will continue in 2026 – The first Wednesday of the month
@ 7 p.m.
