HomeMy WebLinkAbout26-007 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 2026/01/05 Resolution No. 26-007 Authorizing final payment and accepting work for the 2024 Pavement Management Project City Project No. 4024-1000 Contract No. 74-24 Be it resolved by the city council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated April 1, 2024, GMH Asphalt Corporation has satisfactorily completed the 2024 Pavement Management project, as per Contract No. 74-24. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $7,818,599.20. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $155,062.93 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
