Pursuant to a written contract with the city dated April 7, 2025, Create Construction LLC has satisfactorily completed the 2025 Concrete Replacement project, as per Contract No. 69-25. 2. The engineering director has filed her recommendations for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under this contract is accepted and approved. The final contract cost is $227,627.75. 4. The city manager is directed to make final payment in the amount of $13,574.96 on this contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
